The hardest part of dealing with an eating disorder is admitting that you have a problem. The cycle is vicious, pervasive, and seemingly endless. As part of my unique approach, we first tackle the physical symptoms, while also utilizing a combination of CBT and eclectic talk therapy to address the emotional underlying causes. Personal assignments are given on a weekly basis to track progress in an effort to eliminate all physical symptoms while establishing personal milestones of growth. Out of the office direct access via text is also encouraged throughout the process in an effort to deal with concerns as they arise in real time. Early onset is key to recovery.
